The Corporate Quality Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for driving enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards, and fostering continuous improvement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), develop quality tools, and lead strategic projects that strengthen the organization’s quality culture
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates, utilizes tools and methods to improve, and add enhancements to quality management system with key stakeholders.
Proven track record in project planning and execution, including end-to-end implementation of quality initiatives.
Drives project deliverables and task details utilizing analytics, tracking charts and, checklists.
Analyzes operational data, guiding company on critical to tasks to improve business processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Hands-on experience with audits, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.
Strong background in data analysis, business process development, and quality reporting tools.
Contributes to technical business process development with teams in the pursuit enterprise quality deliverables.
Experience in developing quality IT solutions, dashboards, and portals for enterprise-wide use.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive global quality initiatives.
Develops and manages quality training and courses. Monitors current quality training to ensure compatibility and compliance with current programs.
Promotes global quality image and brand through communications.
Leads quality communications outreach to key audiences globally.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s / Master's degree or equivalent degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Corporate Quality roles.
Proven experience in technical domains is desirable.
Professional Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or equivalent
Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and audit methodologies.
Familiarity with data analytics tools, quality dashboards, and process improvement techniques
