About The Role:
We’re seeking an outstanding and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our growing Legal & Compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset. The right candidate is adaptable, dependable, and brings a strong work ethic to everything they do. This role is an essential component of our combined Legal & Compliance team, working across multiple teams to ensure Company risk mitigation and strong consulting skills. This is a role that will have visibility by all levels of the Company.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our team, and the Company as a whole, delivering exceptional support while building positive, lasting relationships. Success in this role requires clear and confident verbal communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to stay positive and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
Review, draft, and redline contracts and agreements for execution, escalating legal issues and material risks as appropriate.
Provide guidance and recommendations on contract terms, including opportunities to strengthen the company’s negotiating position and increase leverage.
Support the Legal & Compliance team with research, analysis, and guidance related to financial partnerships and business relationships.
Review and manage the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs).
Manage contract approval workflows, including tracking key dates, deadlines, renewals, and expirations.
Coordinate agreement execution from start to finish, including stakeholder alignment, inquiries, status updates, signature collection, and final document delivery.
Review marketing materials for compliance with UDAAP and other applicable regulatory requirements, as well as Partner Bank requirements.
Manage marketing materials through the appropriate review and approval workflows.
Coordinate the preparation, printing, mailing, and delivery of documents to third parties, as needed.
Assist with the review, development, and approval of company policies and procedures.
Support state licensing activities, including state reports, examinations, regulatory inquiries, and related documentation.
Assist Junior Counsel and the Compliance team with legal and regulatory research.
Provide support on legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters and other ad hoc requests, as needed.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following spaces: FinTech, Consumer Lending, Big Four Consulting, or other applicable fields.
Results driven team player that can adapt quickly to change and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
Act in a “see something, say something” manner.
Ability to reprioritize quickly.
Demonstrable time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple, diverse tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Possess a keen eye for detail, with strong research, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies or methodologies.
