Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Train and coach customers, drive financing usage and GMV growth, monitor portfolio KPIs, identify performance opportunities, document touchpoints in CRM, and complete retraining and escalation actions according to established playbooks. The role requires proactive relationship management, data-driven outreach, disciplined process adherence, and independent work in a remote environment.

Own DigniFi’s partner integration strategy and roadmap across dealership software, OEM, payment, service-lane, and warranty platforms. Translate business goals into API, data-model, and implementation requirements; influence external partner roadmaps; coordinate internal product, engineering, compliance, legal, and commercial teams; remove delivery roadblocks; and measure integration adoption, activation, financing volume, and engagement to guide future product decisions.
