Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support operations monitoring and continuous improvement
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting to be shared with top management, providing progress and KPIs trend analysis.
- Assist Process Innovation owners in monitoring operational performances, elaborating datasets, and discovering issues.
- Support existing reporting tool optimization and new reports implementation. Be part of the stakeholders needs analyses, organizing and collecting feedbacks.
Manage master data and monitor quality inside the data supply chain
- Be responsible for the data exchange processes within the data supply chain with Samsung Customers (Retailers and Operators).
- Update and check regularly the product and customer master data mapping.
- Monitor and improve data quality dashboards.
- In case of need, contact relevant stakeholders (customers or data owners) in order to perform root cause evaluations and/or retrieve the correct data.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
BA or MS degree (Business Management, Industrial/Software Engineering, Computer science or related fields)
Fluent English and Italian both in speaking and writing
Good working knowledge of data transfer and business process mapping
Strong Analytical skills / Good communication skills
Good level of MS Word and Powerpoint
Excellent level of MS Excel
