As the Corporate Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing phone inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining office supplies. - Welcome visitors and help them navigate through the office.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including all kitchen equipment and copy machines.
- Perform various administrative/secretarial work for department leaders.
- Maintain conference room schedules and create meetings in Outlook.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Develop and maintain inventory of snack and beverage supplies and restock daily.
- Maintain relationship and communicate with building management on various items such as repairs, badge orders, etc.
- Work performed requires a high level of judgement and an understanding of the company programs and staff relationships.
- Support Human Resources team with daily administrative task

Qualifications- Must have excellent communication, be outgoing and friendly and enjoy connecting with employees, visitors and building staff.
- Strong phone etiquette, articulate, and confident in speaking with cross-functional staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in the absence of specific instructions is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Comfortable with various aps and programs such as Zoom, Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with exceptionally strong attendance history
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
