Are you ready to kickstart your marketing career this summer? Join us for an InterSystems Summer Internship, where you’ll spend your summer working in Boston, Massachusetts, diving into the dynamic world of marketing and communications.
Our paid internship is more than just gaining experience—it’s about becoming an integral part of our marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Corporate Marketing team to assist with developing programs and procedures that enhance the awareness of InterSystems and our products. Along the way, you’ll sharpen both your creative and analytical skills, preparing you for a successful career after graduation. Plus, you’ll have the chance to network with peers and InterSystems staff within the office and throughout our greater city during a wide variety of organized social events.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with execution of social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instragram)
- Provide support to Social Media team by developing weekly and monthly editorial calendars which allows the promotion of InterSystems on various social media websites
- Support the global launch of our new Social Media Management platform (Sprout Social) by working with the corporate and global social media teams
- Perform social media marketing research to support Social Selling activities
- Assist on execution and communication of advertising media campaigns
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
- Ensure brand message and look is consistent
Position Requirements
- Able to be in-person at our Boston, MA office from Tuesday, May 27, 2025 through Friday, August 15, 2025
- Business majors preferred
- Demonstrates initiative through academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, or work experience
- Collaborative mindset
- Dedicated self-starting attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office products
Program Details:
- Start Date: Tuesday, May 27, 2025 – Ensure availability for this kickoff date, as all interns must start at this time.
- Duration: 12 Weeks – Internships will conclude on Friday, August 15, 2025
- Diverse Cohort: Engage with a varied group of undergraduate and graduate peers
- Networking: Get to know your fellow cohorts and other ISC staff through informal & social gatherings throughout the summer
- Career Opportunities: Successful interns are better positioned to be invited back for future summer internships, or to join our company full-time after graduating
