• Assist the Relationship Manager to manage and sustain a portfolio of business customers, building long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support for their business.• The jobholder will be responsible for the annual reviews of Credit applications working closely with Product and Credit Manager.
• A primary objective is to assist the corporate client during onboarding on the Bank Digital Platform.
Job Description
Sales and Service
Assist Relationship Managers to plan for all customers in the portfolio such that contact with customers is prioritized.
Assist RMs in conducting interim reviews of customers borrowing facilities.
Assist RMs in conducting interim reviews with non-borrowing customers.
Log complaints, deal with and find solutions to customer complaints.
Identify root causes, escalate and participate in root causes improvement meetings, whenever required.
Assist in Sales leads generation to determine the products that are most effective in meeting customers’ needs and be able to provide financing solutions at short notice both reactively and proactively.
Step into the shoes of Customer Service Assistants and Relationship Managers when they are on leave.
Act as the first point of contact in absence of RM and CSA.
Business Management
Assist in research, create and follow up on a target list for potential new business.
Gather all the required information that is needed to prepare and assess credit applications. Role holder will be expected to input certain key information based on judgmental credit analysis, Control and quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policies.
Be fully involved in Account Opening Process.
Be fully involved in ensuring that transaction instructions and request from clients are attended within the shortest timeframe and customers are kept informed of progress.
Be proactive and solution driven. To participate actively in improvement projects and initiatives in Business Banking.

ACCA
CIMA
Degree holder
Preferred Experience:
Degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience or equivalent of 7 years bank related experience
Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of branch-based products and services frequently used by Corporate/Business Banking customers including features, and set-up arrangements.
Good knowledge of internal instructions/procedures.
Good knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of other members of the Relationship Team/Corporate Relationship Support Team.
Awareness of the products and services offered by the Personal Sector, including features and requirements to set up products.
Good knowledge of the Bank’s service standards.
