Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, technological proficiency, and the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
Interns will be assigned to various departments based on current operational needs, such as Risk Management, Accounting, Business Development, IT, and Underwriting.

What you can expect during your internship:
- 8 to 12-week paid internship, 40 hours a week (June – August 2026) dates may vary.
- Conduct custom research and data analysis to support various departments.
- Input data and manage databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Attend company functions and networking events to build professional relationships.
- Receive mentoring from senior executives who will share their knowledge, skills, and experiences.
- Participate in enrichment and team-building exercises aimed at personal and professional development.
What we are looking for as an Intern:
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering high-level internal and external customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program to receive credit.
