Corporate Intern
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Corporate Intern for our office in Astoria, NY.
This internship provides hands-on experience identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing operational expenses, and supporting efforts to recover and optimize company spend. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to review processes, track recoverable costs, and contribute to projects that directly impact the company’s financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews to identify unbilled costs, or inaccurate billing
- Compare invoices to contracts, purchase orders, and scope of work deliverables to maximize billing recovery
- Prepare account reviews with a focus on account revenue and GP trends, present to Account Management and Operations
- Assist with establishing and managing procedures for tracking billable incidents
- Review and update billing contract line items
- Assist with tracking of project costing
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Basic Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
