Job Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) assists the VP, FP&A, and Business Support in guiding financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance and value. A key position within AltaMed’s Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, the Manager will help drive the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, operating results analyses, and assist with strategies to improve financial performance. The Manager will support AltaMed’s value-based care transformation by assisting with implementing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions that enable integrated managed care financial monitoring.

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or managed care finance is required; alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Experience in an FQHC, Managed Care, or IPA/risk-bearing entity preferred.

  • Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.

Compensation

$121,056.00 - $151,320.00 annually
