The role partners with healthcare leaders, clinicians, researchers, and implementation teams to align proposals with organizational goals and programmatic needs.

The role requires an accomplished professional with experience in museums, galleries, or visual arts organizations, including artwork and archival material acquisitions, scholarly publications, exhibitions, and other professional contributions.

Schedules urgent, routine, and follow-up specialty appointments for authorized services. Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, participants, primary care physicians, PACE staff, specialty providers, and utilization management to ensure timely access to care. Manages referrals and authorizations, meets scheduling turnaround objectives, and advocates for participants’ specialty-care needs.

Provides comprehensive neurological specialty care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of brain, spinal cord, nerve, and muscle disorders. Treats conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, and dementia. Collaborates with primary care, specialty, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, improve access, maintain continuity, and achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
