The Corporate FP&A Manager guides financial strategies, manages annual budgets, and improves financial performance within AltaMed's FP&A team.

Supervise and train Scheduling and Transportation Coordinators to manage specialty care scheduling for PACE participants. Oversee workflows, pre-authorizations, referrals, daily appointment coordination and transport, monitor productivity metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and address barriers to completing scheduled visits.

Schedule and coordinate urgent, routine, and follow-up specialty appointments for IDT-approved authorizations. Liaise between participants, PCPs PACE staff, specialty providers, and Utilization Management to ensure timely access to specialty care and advocate for participants' needs.
