Responsibilities

Essential Functions of this Position:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements, and other commercial documents.

  • Collaborate with internal business units, including finance, operations, HR, and service teams, to ensure legal alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues, identify practical solutions, and provide strategic guidance that aligns with business objectives.

  • Explore and evaluate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline the contract lifecycle, with a focus on improving efficiency in contract review, drafting, and risk analysis.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining legal templates, playbooks, and internal knowledge resources.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal processes, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Law Degree required
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida
  • 1+ Years of practicing corporate law
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to assess risk and mitigate the same in contractual language.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to organize and maintain records and files.

  • Ability to work as a member of a team with collegiality and professionalism. 

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, contract management systems and AI tools.
