Job Summary
Our Legal Department is looking for a talented and dynamic individual with initiative and drive who can handle a high volume of varied and complex legal work and is passionate about their work. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, hungry to learn, highly organized, detail oriented, responsive, and can work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. This is a terrific opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate who desires an in-house role with a focus on transactional legal work, although there will be many opportunities to step outside commercial matters. The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel.

- Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school with high academic credentials.
- Admission to practice in at least one state in the U.S. and member in good standing in that state.
- 2-5 years of attorney experience in a law firm and/or an in-house legal department.
