J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on commercial transactions and vendor contracting, preferably with some in-house experience. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including SaaS, technology, logistics, advertising agency agreements, and/or professional services agreements.
Deep understanding of commercial negotiation, operational contracting, and business risk allocation, including advising stakeholders on key legal risks related to contract terms, data privacy, security, indemnity, limitation of liability, and regulatory issues impacting vendor relationships.
Experience working cross-functionally with non-legal stakeholders in fast-paced environments, including Procurement, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, with experience developing and delivering legal enablement tools, trainings, and scalable contract playbooks as well as identifying process improvements and driving automation opportunities in commercial legal workflows.

$123,000-$247,000All other locations:
