Your Role
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Lead month-end close and stakeholder reporting with accuracy and insight. Align financial goals with strategic initiatives across departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A teams—including Legal, IT, and HR—providing tailored financial insights and responsive support.
Accounting Excellence & Compliance:
Ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance with US GAAP, and uphold strong internal controls.
Customer-Facing Financial Expertise:
Partner with business development to co-present financial insights to clients, adding strategic value to engagements.
Audit & Governance:
Manage external audits and strengthen internal controls and corporate policies to ensure operational integrity.
Payroll Oversight:
Lead payroll accounting processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement:
Champion initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and financial transparency.
What You Bring
-CPA or equivalent, with 9+ years in public accounting and/or industry.
-Proven leadership and team-building experience.
-Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
-Passion for learning, problem-solving, and driving results.
-High proficiency in Excel and a strong grasp of US GAAP.
