What You’ll Do
Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting:
-Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
-Deliver insightful financial reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership.
-Align accounting practices with strategic business goals.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
-Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity.
-Lead external audits and ensure full compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Financial Partnering:
-Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions.
-Support business development with client-facing financial analysis and presentations.
Payroll & Cost Accounting Oversight:
-Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments.
-Analyze labor and operational costs to support margin improvement initiatives.
Process Optimization & Systems Improvement:
-Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
-Leverage technology and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
What You Bring
-CPA or equivalent with 9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry roles.
-Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
-Proven leadership in managing accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.
-High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience preferred.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
