At Chanel, creating A Best Place to Work is one of the House’ strategic priorities. The Corporate Communications senior executive, North Asia, who reports directly to Head of Communications, North Asia, will be responsible to implement the region’s internal communications strategy through compelling content creation, interactive communications initiatives, and the coordination and management of internal communications platforms. This role ensures consistency, alignment and high engagement across the region, serving as a critical link between global and markets. This role is also expected to support executing external corporate communications initiatives to build, enhance and protect the brand’s image and reputation in North Asia.

The impact you can create at CHANEL

Editorial & Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and curate high-quality content for internal audiences, e.g., intranet, newsletters, leadership message, to help employees informed and engaged.

  • Partner closely with global and market teams to manage translation requests and ensure quality and consistency.

Communications Platform Management

  • Oversee the effectiveness and evolution of all internal communications platforms, driving adoption, usability, and impact.

  • Ensure tools and channels are leveraged to maximize employee engagement and information flow.

Internal Engagement Communication

  • Partner with P&O and business teams to communicate culture, transformation, and business initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

  • Partner with P&O to develop internal engagement activities and campaigns to enhance the community bond among the regional team.

Global-Regional-Market Alignment

  • Cascade global content and messaging, adapting for regional specificity and working closely with Markets to ensure consistency.

  • Represent the region in global editorial forums, ensuring two-way communication and influence.
