The Role
The Corporate Commercial Manager role is an integral part of our B2B team in the Middle East, with the responsibility of building, retaining, and upselling a portfolio of corporate clients that will drive incremental revenue for DfW. This role will predominantly focus on Abu Dhabi and requires someone with a real hunter mentality, who is confident in getting meetings booked with key decision makers and building relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, across target companies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Growing a comprehensive sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi by identifying and building relationships with senior stakeholders working at companies across different zones and industries.
Prospecting through utilising various B2B lead gen databases, plus a combination of cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.
Creating bespoke pitch decks and commercial quotations based on specific client use-cases, and handling commercial negotiations to convert target accounts.
Setting up meetings and calls with corporate decision makers to review their spend, while pitching new use-cases, upselling and cross-selling accounts wherever possible.
Hitting assigned monthly KPIs including calls, meetings, activation rate, and GOV.
Utilising Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools to track, report and present on performance, pipeline, and growth strategies.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall under DfW’s scope, such as attending trade events, assisting with marketing activations, providing data reports, and chasing overdue client invoices.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Arabic is a huge plus.
3+ years of B2B commercial experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.
Based in Abu Dhabi.
Highly proficient using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative when working autonomously.
Quick-learner, team-player, and thrives within a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor degree preferred.
