The Corporate Cash Management Team is seeking a Data Quality Manager who will support driving forward the Data Product pillar data risk and control transformation compliance agenda within the Cash Product team, based in Dublin.
In this role you will support Cash Management in achieving compliance to our overall Cash Management Data Strategy, driving, and consolidating considerable change management and delivering best data practices into the core of our Cash franchise to achieve a stronger performance for the Corporate Bank and Deutsche Bank.
You will work together with our global Product, Sales and Services teams and downstream consumers to focus on delivery of our target data state for cash, ensuring completeness and integrity are assured through our transformation programs throughout the Corporate Bank.

Your key responsibilities
- Embed, safeguard and lead further development and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Cash Management (CCM) data quality framework to support data enabled business product strategy and CCM compliance with applicable regulation
- Partner with CCM product leads to define and execute CCM data quality strategy including appropriate oversight and transparency over the quality of the data to support its proactive management
- Produce regular reporting keeping key stakeholders informed on the developments in data quality risk exposures highlighting any emerging trends and showcasing mitigation success stories to drive data-aware culture
- Lead impact assessments of raised data quality issues/CCM data demand requests to support understanding over associated data risks and business benefits, as a key input into the prioritisation of their analysis and remediation
- Assess compliance of CCM transformation target state against the applicable data quality standards and collectively, with the transformation CCM leads, define appropriate remediation path towards compliance, where gaps are identified
- Engage with Central Data teams on Regulation, Policy and Framework updates to ensure CCM alignment with regulations
Your skills and experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead cross-functional interactions and influence outcomes
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for problem-solving and ongoing learning
- Risk awareness and experience in identifying, measuring and tracking business risks and benefits
- Interest in data quality topics including data quality controls
- Understanding of Corporate Banking products, operations, and regulatory landscape
