Background
Reporting
to the Managing Director, the Corporate Brand Manager will be responsible for
developing, managing, and implementing TOL Gases’ corporate brand and
communication strategy, while leading structured engagement with key
stakeholders to strengthen institutional relationships, enhance brand
credibility, and support sustainable business performance.
The
role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, corporate reputation,
stakeholder confidence, and supporting effective commercial outcomes through
proactive, ethical, and well-coordinated stakeholder engagement.
1.
Stakeholder & Institutional Engagement
- Lead and
coordinate structured engagement with key stakeholders, including public
institutions, regulators, and strategic partners, to support effective
mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
- Collaborate
with Finance and Commercial teams to support the resolution of outstanding
commercial matters through constructive stakeholder engagement.
- Represent the
Company in meetings, forums, and negotiations with institutional
stakeholders.
- Ensure all
engagements adhere to corporate governance standards, ethical conduct, and
applicable laws and regulations.
2.
Corporate Branding & Brand Strategy
- Develop and
implement a comprehensive corporate branding and positioning strategy
aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
- Strengthen
TOL Gases’ corporate identity as a reputable DSE-listed regional company.
- Ensure
consistency of brand messaging across all internal and external
communication platforms.
- Oversee the
development, implementation, and compliance with corporate brand
guidelines.
3.
Marketing, Public Relations & Visibility
- Plan and
execute initiatives to enhance national brand visibility and stakeholder
awareness.
- Manage media
relations, including press releases, interviews, and corporate
announcements.
- Coordinate
corporate events, sponsorships, exhibitions, and stakeholder forums.
- Oversee the
Company’s digital presence, including the website and social media
platforms.
4.
Strategic Communication & Reputation Management
- Lead
corporate communications with investors, regulators, customers, and the
wider public.
- Support
investor relations in collaboration with Finance and Executive Management.
- Monitor
public perception and proactively manage reputational risks.
- Lead crisis
communication initiatives when required.
5.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely
with Finance, Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to ensure aligned
messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare and
submit periodic management reports on stakeholder engagement, branding
initiatives, and media visibility.
- Provide
strategic insights and recommendations to support executive
decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business
Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Master’s
degree (MBA, Marketing, Strategic Communication, Public Policy, or
related) is an added advantage
- Professional
certification in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or Corporate
Communications is desirable
- Minimum of
5–7 years relevant experience in corporate branding, communications,
public relations, or stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated
experience engaging with institutional and public-sector stakeholders
- Experience
within a regulated industry or a listed company is an added advantage
