QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with securities law and general corporate law expertise and the ability to manage M&A transactions and general corporate work with oversight from partners and senior associates. Licensed to practice in Florida and the ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred as well as outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
