Corporate Affairs Operations and Automation Coordinator (12-Month FTC)

As Corporate Affairs Operations & Automation Coordinator, you will be responsible for running internal operational cycles while designing and building technical automations to eliminate friction across the department. Corporate Affairs runs the company's internal and external communications, Social Media, Public Affairs and Sustainability, owning the narrative and foundations that build our reputation. This 50/50 role is designed to combine operational support inside the team with technical workflow automation so the department operates measurably more effectively.

Embedded in the Corporate Affairs Strategy & Planning team, you will work closely with our dedicated Data Science & Analytics group, where you will receive direct technical mentorship.

Corporate affairs operations

• Own the department's knowledge base in Confluence: information architecture, publishing updates for the wider business, and designing a shared Corporate Affairs information architecture and keeping the template library structured, tagged and findable
• Run the operational side of the annual planning cycle: timelines, deadlines, dependency tracking, and status reporting to leads
• Own the intake and triage pipeline for inbound requests (speaking opportunities, partner statements of support, sustainability requests) against agreed criteria
• Keep standard materials current, and build the reporting layer for all-hands and comms topics so content owners can self-serve
• Maintain the department's shared planning calendar so deadlines, milestones and key moments are visible to everyone, and automate the chase-ups that keep it accurate
• Where you support a recurring process, don't just run it – leave the owner with the template, guide or prompt that lets them run it themselves next cycle, and walk them through it so they actually do. We see teaching and inspiring others as a key part of this role. 

Technical automation

• Design and maintain LLM workflows for the department's repeat tasks: summarising long documents, reporting on media mentions and news, drafting and translating content variants, and auditing materials for consistency
• Map the workflows above and quantify where the manual hours go
• Develop technical implementations (eg. Python, LLM agents) to automate data cleaning, bulk updates and recurring report generation
• Build workflows (in n8n or Workato) to connect systems that don't talk to each other – request intake that routes and acknowledges itself, deadline chase-ups that trigger on their own, planning status that updates from the source
• Structure and tag internal communications content so it is usable by AI tools and enterprise search
• Work within Vinted's AI, privacy and copyright rules, alongside IT and Legal, with zero PII in public LLMs

• Graduating or recently graduated in business informatics, data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related technical field
• Have experience in/with writing code somewhere (coursework, a personal project, a scraper, a bot, an over-engineered spreadsheet), getting a working solution live with AI assistance without needing syntax memorised, and debugging it when it breaks.
• Have a strong understanding of logic flows, being a Sheets/Excel power user
• Care deeply about how a company communicates, plans and makes decisions, wanting your work to visibly change how a team operates rather than being isolated in a pure engineering role
• Comfortable with hard dates for planning cycles and all-hands, being trusted with unpublished material while remaining structured and reliable
• Good at maintaining an efficiency mindset where doing the same manual task three times is your trigger to build something
• Excellent written and spoken English (fluent)

Workation policy
