Position Overview

The Corporate Administrator will oversee the Group’s statutory records, corporate filings, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions. This includes supporting company incorporations, annual returns, share transactions, and drafting corporate documents, while liaising with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and administration of the Group’s statutory records. 
  • Working with the Registrar of Companies, preparing and submitting relevant forms concerning corporate changes (for example, change of directors, secretary, shareholders, registered office, share transfers, allotments, increase and reduction of capital, etc., obtaining related certificates). 
  • Prepare mandatory documentation in relation to and submit relevant documents for company incorporation. 
  • Preparation and submission of annual returns. 
  • Drafting and arranging the execution of various corporate documents i.e., board resolutions, minutes, power of attorney, and other agreements.  
  • Assisting with the banks, and other financial institutes’ account opening, communication with local and international banks and other financial institutes and preparing documents/forms for submission.  
  • Communication with various associates, consultants, administrators, agents, lawyers, auditors, and governmental authorities concerning corporate-administrative service provided to the Company. 
  • Arranging translation, certification, and legalization of documents. 
  • Other tasks related to the responsibilities mentioned above in accordance with the Group's needs 
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Group in multiple countries (e.g. Cyprus, Malta, Manila, Brazil, Serbia).
  • Liaise with external parties such as Secretary/Agents/Insurance Companies/Auditors. 
  • Review of employment contracts or other commercial contracts (including sales agreements with clients, and service provider agreements), under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer. 
  • Liaise with the Chief Legal Officer on any other legal tasks arising from the day-to-day operations of the Group. 
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager. 

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate or legal administration.
  • Basic understanding of company filings, statutory records, and corporate documents.
  • Ability to prepare forms, minutes, resolutions, and help with company incorporations and annual returns.
  • Comfortable communicating with banks, auditors, agents, and government authorities.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage day-to-day administrative tasks across different countries.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills Required
