We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. Working within the Corporate Actions team, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing a variety of client projects, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, dividends, distributions, and shareholder communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

A role you will love       

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end delivery of corporate action events, ensuring key project milestones are achieved, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with clients, financial institutions, internal teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and support the successful delivery of corporate action projects and events.

  • Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate project requirements.

  • Manage the preparation and distribution of shareholder and client communications.

  • Monitor project schedules and key milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Generate project and client reporting with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Maintain and update internal systems and records.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder support throughout the project lifecycle.


What will you bring to the role?               

  • Experience in project coordination, event coordination, administration, operations, client services, or a similar role.
  • Experience within Corporate Actions, financial services, banking, share registry, or capital markets environments will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good to have experience coordinating events, projects, or operational processes involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines and exposure to Corporate Actions or financial services.
