Position Summary:
Provide day-to-day sales support to the regional Corporate Support Executive (CSE) & Executive Account Managers (EAMs) as they work to achieve the overall sales goals set by the company. The work of the CASCs will fall within one of three specialized functional categories: Sales Support, Service Support and Contract Support. Although each CASC will have an area of specialization, they will also be cross trained in the other functional areas to provide back-up support and coverage. 
There will also be a subset of CASCs in a hybrid role where they specialize in one of the three areas of specialization listed above while also coordinating all the support functions for a specific customer (or customers). The need for these hybrid CASCs will be determined on an as-needed basis based on the needs of the region. 

Major Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to the regional EAMs in pursuing new, add, and renewal business for the corporate account portfolio. This support includes activities related to researching, creating, and finalizing customer/prospect presentations (proposals, customer reviews, ad hoc presentations). This position will also provide prospecting support to the regional EAMs by researching new opportunities and developing prospect lists for the EAMs and Inside Sales.
- Service Support: Coordinate the onboarding activities associated with a new customer or fleet additions for an existing customer. These include the coordination of decal, vehicle in-service activities, licensing and permitting. The associate will also work with the field locations to ensure a successful transition. Throughout the lifecycle of the customer’s vehicles, the CASC will also coordinate any rental or hiking needs of the customer.
- Contract Support: This associate will also provide life-cycle contract support to the EAMs and the customers by coordinating the resolution of any billing or payables issues surfaced by either the customer or Penske. They will partner with corporate support departments and oversee the resolution of any customer-initiated issues. They will also assist the customer in obtaining any historical contract documents as requested by either the customer or EAM.
- Common duties: Effectively communicate to both internal and external customers on any outstanding issues/concerns on open cases.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with sales/customer support, previous experience with Penske or in similar function, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience communicating to solve (complex) problems through customer and internal partner engagement, required.
- Able to function in high demand work environment and multi-task.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
- Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications.
- Knowledge with collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams and Smartsheet) and in Salesforce.
- Communicates professionally bother verbal and written.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
