Corporate Account Analyst
Cairo, Egypt
Hybrid
Fixed term, Full Time (40 hours per week) role

To provide efficient and effective support to the Client Management team and
strategic clients; To act as the key liaison between the Bupa Global Corporate
Client Management team, internal stakeholders and external organisations and
third parties. To ensure adherence to processes agreed for strategic client.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain first class renewal material to ensure alignment with regional Client Management teams where applicable.
Ensure renewal processes across regions are aligned and follow best quality practices
Prepare claims management information for strategic clients, liaising with partners for reporting data i.e. GeoBlue, Bupa Arabia, Sukoon
Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) results and monitoring to highlightirregularities
Prepare global SLA results for strategic clients, liaising with global partnersi.e. GeoBlue, Bupa Arabia, Sukoon
Collate and prepare global EAP utilisation reporting for strategic clients working with global partners i.e. GeoBlue
Work with internal stakeholders to create manual invoicing for strategic clients (where relevant) and ensure audit and accuracy are key
Maintain audit trail for day-to-day activities
Coordinate meetings for strategic clients, organising both internal and external parties’ availability
Manage external site visit coordination; manage minutes and delegate actions from external meetings
Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure the effective running of the Corporate Client Management function
Liaise with marketing regarding client or service promotional material,owning documents within the wraps system
Assist with specific projects across Corporate Client Management as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Corporate experience is required, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven experience in a data analytics-focused role, demonstrating strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
