About the role:
The Corporate IT Trainee will be responsible for supporting the company's internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and installations, and providing general IT support to employees. The trainee will work closely with the IT team and receive on-the-job training to develop their skills in various aspects of corporate IT.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of IT systems and contribute to the smooth operation of LRN's internal IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist End users with the installation, configuration of Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and softwares.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Manage Help Desk tickets adhering to the SLAs.
- Install software, patches and updates on desktops, laptops.
- Excellent problems solving and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge on troubleshooting Windows, MAC Laptops & OS.
- Coordinate with Vendor for IT related issues
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
