For this role, you should be in Bucharest Romania. The role is requiring travel >50% of the working time.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and Inservice.
- Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
- Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory and by providing technical support to the customers both before and after the implant of the device.
- Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
- Organizing and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plans.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and key opinion leaders.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Technical background - degree in Engineering, Bioengineering or Life-science, or another relevant advanced degree or qualification.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, in a professional, high-pressure environment.
- Able to work in an operating room environment/cath lab.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- A clean valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English – at least B2 level proficiency.
- Availability to travel in the whole Romanian territory – expected travel time – 50-75% of the time.
Experience working with cardiac medical devices is preferred. Additionally, prior experience in training or education, as well as clinical support experience, would be advantageous.
