Responsibilities:
● Provide L2 Operations Support and L3 Architecture and Engineering tasks.
● Leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of on-premises and cloud-based server environments.
● Developing and enforcing server policies, security standards, and best practices.
● Monitoring server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
● Managing server patching, updates, and lifecycle management and overseeing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
● Collaborating with security teams to implement and maintain server security measures.
Qualifications :
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in system engineering and architecture.
● Strong background in administering and optimizing both on-premises infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba).
● Comfortably supporting L2 operational escalations.
● Deep understanding of server security hardening, patch management tools, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
● Experienced in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tool (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
● Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong project facilitation capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional security and infrastructure teams.
