    • Be the leader of the operations team and processes that consist of maintaining the company's mission-critical products;
    • The main tasks of the team are ensuring the availability of IT services, deploying changes, and resolving incidents;
    • We are looking for a strong manager who can organise the processes within the team and strengthen their technical expertise;
    • Managing a team of operators (5 people). Prioritise tasks. Set goals and expectations for the team and individual team members;
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics, SLI/SLOs and KPIs to assess team efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Analyse current application infrastructure, identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to optimise infrastructure;
    • Resolve operational issues in a timely manner;
    • Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall efficiency.

    • Good understanding and experience in web infrastructure
      - Kubernetes
      - RabbitMQ
    • Good experience in infrastructure analytic tools
      - ELK
      - DataDog
    • Significant experience as a system administrator, SRE, DevOps;
    • Maintaining and deploying applications with microservices architecture, CI/CD development, and business monitoring staging;
    • Real cases on automating IT operational processes and building a strong application support team.
