The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The CORE OS Execution Lead is responsible for executing, sustaining, and scaling the organization’s CORE operating system across the ES Applications. This role translates strategy into action by enabling adoption, reinforcing standards, driving education and certification, tracking performance metrics, and cultivating a strong CORE community and culture.
Fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States

What You Will Learn:
This position partners closely with the CORE Lead, Strategic Initiatives & Advisory Lead, and CORE OS Alignment lead to ensure consistent execution, engagement, and measurable business value. The role is highly visible, employee-facing, and requires a blend of operational rigor, communication excellence, and hands-on coaching.
This role is critical to ensuring CORE is not just a strategy, but a lived capability across the organization. By owning execution, education, engagement, and storytelling, the CORE OS Execution Lead enables employees at all levels to understand, apply, and benefit from continuous improvement in their daily work.
What You Will Do:
Orchestrate the operational rhythm of CORE, including:
Own the day-to-day execution of the CORE OS, ensuring standard work, governance, and cadences are consistently applied across ES Applications
Identify adoption gaps, execution friction, and systemic breakdowns, driving targeted interventions to improve consistency and effectiveness
Act as the primary escalation point for execution challenges, providing initial coaching, hands-on support, or connection to SMEs
Onboard new CORE practitioners by clearly defining expectations, roles, and timeframe
Cultivate community, Culture, and Engagement
Continue building and strengthening the CORE community and culture
Actively coach, guide, and engage teams and individuals seeking CORE support or direction
Administer CORE Education, Training, and Certification
Training programs
Certification proficiency pathways
Office hours and coaching sessions
New employee orientation content
Track participation, completion, and certification progress
Proactively encourage and support employees to meet required CORE training and certification expectations
Track Metrics, Reporting, and Adoption
Track and report CORE adoption, training completion, certification status, and engagement metrics
Partner with CORE Focals and leaders to ensure metrics are meaningful, transparent, and actionable
Use data to identify adoption gaps and drive targeted engagement strategies
Lead CORE communications and recognition efforts to socialize impact, highlight accomplishments, and reinforce CORE culture.

Operate independently in a fully remote environment
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Demonstrated experience executing and sustaining CORE OS and operational excellence
Strong subject matter expertise in CORE methodologies (e.g., Voice of Customer/MFA, problem-solving, RCCA)
Experience designing and delivering training, certification, and enablement programs with a proven ability to track metrics and drive adoption through data-informed engagement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating short-form educational or instructional content (video, articles, or similar) with strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Qualifications We Prefer:
Certified CORE Professional, Expert, Principal or equivalent
Experience supporting domain-wide CORE initiatives
Experience with SAFe or other lean-agile methodologies, and -awareness of AI trends and approaches
Comfort working with internal communication platforms and learning management systems
Experience building or sustaining CORE communities of practice

Work Location: Remote

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
