-Sustainment of SNG CORE operating system maturity framework
-Pre-work/Data analysis for Major Actions under CORE council to achieve 2025 YE target.
-Assist in GOPS SNG CORE Certification Tracking (Apprentice, Champion, Professional) & SNG CORE Engagement Tracking/Registration/Closure Process
-Assist in monthly cell heatmap analysis and cell control tower performance update for improvement opportunity identification from monthly trend.
-Weekly site level macro plan follow up with stakeholder to support all 6 focus areas in meeting/exceed 2025 target.
