About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for CORE GRO who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in CORE , CORE reports to CORE Manager.

What you will do

1. Answers and directs phone calls, pages, radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

2. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

3. Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.

What you bring

Education: College education or equivalent experience. Experience: Preferred at same position working experience worked 1 year and above Skills and Abilitie: Good oral communication skill in Chinese & English. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic English business writing skill.

工作职责

1. 以高效、礼貌和专业的方式接听和引导电话、网页、无线电请求和传真，在遵守四季酒店所有政策的同时，最大限度地提高客户满意度

2. 以最高级别的热情和专业精神接待所有客人，尽可能满足他们的特殊要求；协助客户处理与高速互联网服务、电话和传真服务、酒店服务、营业时间、酒店主要人员、内部活动、路线等有关的所有咨询

3. 以高效、友好的方式接听电话咨询，尽可能使用客人姓名，并将电话转接至适当的分机

工作要求

1.在同级别职位工作一年及以上工作经历优先考虑 

2.大专及以上学历

3.良好的中英文口头沟通能力

4.精通微软办公软件

5.基本的商务英语写作能力
