This isn't a "write one campaign a quarter" role. You'll be in it daily, writing and refining the copy that keeps Fi moving across performance ads, emails, social, and everything in between. You'll work at the intersection of brand and marketing, doing a mix of net new writing and sharpening copy that comes in from other teams.
What You'll Do:
- Write and refine copy across paid social, organic social, email, the Fi app, and landing pages
- Review and edit copy from other teams to ensure it's on-brand, accurate, and sharp
- Translate product features and technical specs into clear, concise, personality-driven messaging
- Work within tight character limits and platform constraints without losing voice or impact
- Support campaign concepting alongside designers and marketers
- Proofread with precision, catching errors before anything goes out the door
- Bring fresh ideas to the table while staying grounded in what drives performance
What You'll Bring:
- 2-4 years of copywriting experience, agency or in-house
- A portfolio that shows range: brand voice, performance copy, social, and email
- Comfort toggling between punchy short-form and longer narrative copy
- Experience proofreading and editing, not just writing from scratch
- Strong attention to detail and reliable time management in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate between different teams
- Familiarity with DTC or consumer brands is a plus, pet or tech space is even better
