Profile Requirements:

  • Min 3.5 Years of Proven Experience in American English writing and/or editing.
  • Superior writing skills with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with AP Style (preferred but not required).

Core responsibilities:

  • Write and edit high-quality content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong readability.
  • Work under the guidance of the editorial manager to follow project requirements, editorial standards, and client guidelines.
  • Apply quality control feedback during the training and production process to refine and strengthen writing.
  • Research and incorporate accurate information, including biographical details, as needed for assignments.
  • Consistently maintain style, tone, and formatting across various types of writing projects.
  • Produce well-structured and engaging content for press releases, biographical profiles, website content, and other editorial assignments.
  • Meet all deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Use sound editorial judgment to ensure all written materials meet professional standards before submission.
