Job Description:• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, partners with other business functions in Product and Technology to complete, deliver and customer support task• May produce presentation materials, analytics and reports for customer or internal communications.• Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards • Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases• Establishes working relationships with internal delivery teams, customer support teams and customer contacts • Interface with customers, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and educate on program rules, procedures, and best practices • Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions.• Research basic problem requests and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers • Analyses data from technology account management projects and reports on performance relative to success metrics
All About You: • Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills• Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals• Sound written and verbal communication skills• Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail• Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools• Class of 2028: Studying a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between June 2027 and Dec 2027• Able to commit to internship period from 30 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027 (Note: start/end dates cannot be negotiated).
