Job Summary:
As a the Walsworth-Overland Park Temporary Copywriter, you will be responsible for assisting in the written implementation of a variety of marketing strategies as it applies to both internal and external markets.
Essential Functions:
Research, interview, write and edit for various internal and external marketing publications.
Research, interview, write and edit for a wide variety of marketing projects including, but not limited to, web-based projects, advertisements, brochures, booklets, and customer support materials.
Contribute to the creative development and implementation of a variety of marketing projects as assigned.
Serve as a copy editor and proofreader for all marketing projects.
Provide copy writing support for marketing-related projects.
Provide writing and editing support for communications to customer schools and prospective clients.
Provide a wide variety of writing support for internet marketing efforts including, but not limited to, new releases, features and product promotions.
Assist in the development of website(s), participating in the planning and implementation of web-based projects as assigned.
Serve as the lead writer and will assist in the planning of content, writing and design of the Marketplace Review.
Assist in the research, writing and development of Walworths current events supplement products.
Other duties as assigned.

- Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of two years experience as a Copywriter or in a related function OR
- Associate degree and four years experience as a Copywriter or in a related function
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases.
