Prepare and send transshipment planning to terminal operator/port agent
Check illogical routing and arrange transshipment cargo in the most cost-effective way
Update container on-carriage/ vessel connection and schedule in FIS
Furnish special cargo application to Regional Cargo Control and ensure approval is granted before acceptance/ loading of special cargo onboard
Ensure all special (Dangerous, Reefer, and OOG) cargo are supported by special cargo list, DG documents, etc.to terminal operator/port agent/vendor/partner
Close tracing / monitoring / planning high quality transshipment connection
Comply with/achieve the flowshare of tender result provided by procurement
Prepare and send feeder booking to vendor
Timely provision of loading list to complete export feeder vessel balancing
Handle cargo advancement to improve transshipment dwell time, meet KPI and avoid extra operations costs
Monitor connection status of transshipment box until getting loaded on the 2nd leg
Attend cargo closing and liaise with Feeder Company to settle if required
Create and prepare work-orders in both SAP-MM and FIS
Meet W/O creation/aging target
Issue and finalize monthly workorder statement with vendor
Diploma with 4 years relevant working experience and/or shipping background
Good spoken and written English (CET- 4)
Good teamwork and can work under pressure
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently
