We’re currently seeking a dedicated Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our Patient Financial Services Department at our Crestline location.

Position Overview

Analyze data and complete assessments to implement process improvements to positively impact the hospital and professional receivable collections, improve the patient experience, and ensure compliant billing. Create, coordinate, deliver, and maintains successful education programs for Avita’s Revenue Cycle teams. Act as a primary liaison with IT and revenue cycle vendors. Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic functionality. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 5 years hospital or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Certified Epic Trainer – required within 1 year of hire.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Certification (CHFP, CRCR, CPC). 
  • Formal classroom teaching experience with adult learners.
  • Proven success in developing curricula and training resources.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous experience building Epic functionality and creating Epic reports. 
  • Previous experience with data warehouse such as Dimensional Insight.
