As a Coordinator Scheduling, you are an integral part of our CSMART team where your key responsibilities will include, yet not limited to:
- Coordinate the workload of the Scheduling department
- Responsible to keep the work manuals up to date and provide input for GHESS procedures
- Coordinate the scheduling (changes) and make sure that the administrative processing is accurate
- Provide reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain the administration process of in-house instructors’ qualifications (scheduling accounts, instructor certificates, coaching, licenses, assignments, ship visits etc.)
- Review the course, events, times tables and seat spread
- Work together with Course Administration for scheduling conferences and meetings.
Requirements & Experience
- MBO-4 level or higher degree in preferably administration.
- Available to work 40 hours per week; this position is not suited for part-time employment.
- Previous experience as a Planner/ Scheduler in an education environment (pre)
- Experience working within an international environment and/or for a multi-national (pre)

Skills Required
- MBO-4 level or higher degree, preferably in administration

- Fluent English and proficient Dutch
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
