As a Coordinator Scheduling, you are an integral part of our CSMART team where your key responsibilities will include, yet not limited to:
- Coordinate the workload of the Scheduling department
- Responsible to keep the work manuals up to date and provide input for GHESS procedures
- Coordinate the scheduling (changes) and make sure that the administrative processing is accurate
- Provide reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain the administration process of in-house instructors’ qualifications (scheduling accounts, instructor certificates, coaching, licenses, assignments, ship visits etc.)
- Review the course, events, times tables and seat spread
- Work together with Course Administration for scheduling conferences and meetings.
Requirements & Experience
- MBO-4 level or higher degree in preferably administration.
- Available to work 40 hours per week; this position is not suited for part-time employment.
- Previous experience as a Planner/ Scheduler in an education environment (pre)
- Experience working within an international environment and/or for a multi-national (pre)

About UsOur instructors deliver these programs including pre- and post-course activities and course review. Furthermore, they stay up-to-date on the latest teaching techniques and use simulators to enhance our training.They also ensure that shipboard operations and procedures our taught efficiently. Our operators operate the simulators and assist the instructors with simulator excercises. Lastly, our scheduling and administration department ensure smooth operations by providing scheduling, administrative and logistics support.
Skills Required
- MBO-4 level or higher degree, preferably in administration
