Job DescriptionWhat's On Your Plate?
The position is responsible for supporting store operational excellence through systematic quality assurance and accurate data management. Key duties include analyzing quality variances, validating purchase order and invoice matching, overseeing delivery receiving processes, and ensuring compliance with established documentation and data-entry standards. The role conducts periodic spot checks, coordinates monthly reconciliations, and manages the return or disposal of damaged and expired items in line with company procedures.
- Analyzes quality variations from metrics and documents quality related problem cases.
- Guiding the store on receiving deliveries
- Matching Po’s with the related invoices and issuing debit notes.
- Transfer matching (In /Out) as a discrepancy preventive action.
- Document filing and sharing with the related departments.
- Issues quality assurance email tips.
- Assures that data entered on the system is accurate and follows the defined entry standards.
- Conduct spot checks on the stored items identifying their actual status.
- Issuing monthly reconciliation.
- Managing damaged & expired items by returning to supplier or disposing.
- Logins based on defined login hours and under rules.
- Reporting system issues related to store operation

- Having a car is a must.
- You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize.

- You have excellent analytical and communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools. Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.

- Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
