MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Paid Media Coordinator to be a pivotal member of the North America Marketing team. This role will assist the Senior Manager, Paid Media in national brand media campaigns, performance media (paid search, lower funnel social, affiliate), retailer co-op campaigns for the US and Canada.
The coordinator will be responsible for media campaign set-up, asset delivery, project timelines, managing agency and platform partners, and helping with performance re-caps and optimizations. JOB RESONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Senior Manager and media agency to develop full-funnel media plans for key product franchises, as well as performance media campaigns specifically designed to drive sales on our DTC website.
- Collaborate with Publicis, our media agency, successfully plan and execute 2-3 full-funnel brand campaigns per year to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion across multiple channels (paid social, OLV, programmatic and more)
- Execute always on lower funnel paid search and lower funnel social media campaigns with Publicis in close partnership with the ecommerce team to support DTC website including promotions and key moments to drive sales
- Partner with affiliate team to drive sales on DTC with key publishers during big bet moments by strategically increasing commissions and investing in flat fee placements
- Management of retailer media partnerships with key retailers, Sephora and Ulta to plan and execute lower funnel on-site campaigns including sponsored product ads and banners on site with the goal of driving sales
- Executing with excellence, honing in on weekly performance and making optimizations that improve media performance to deliver on our business goals
- Manage campaign inputs, including creative assets, and promotional details ensuring agencies/partners have accurate and timely information to execute
- Review agency reports and help summarize performance insights, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with global creative, marketing, e-commerce, influencer and PR teams for holistic end-to-end campaign management
- Coordinate monthly and seasonal marketing promotions, ensuring they are reflected consistently across paid media channels.
- Managing paid usage rights for content creators to ensure we are maximizing our efforts
- Coordinate finance operations, including processing IOs, invoices, and POs, to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely payments.
- Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to help inform testing and innovation opportunities
- Monitor competitive ads and trends and help to capture examples
What you will learn in the first 6 months:
- Build working relationships with the media agency, retailer media partners, affiliate team and key cross functional partners
- Learn performance media campaign setup to support key DTC moments throughout the year
- Spend time learning reporting dashboards, GA4, and retailer co-op tools
- Help to support the launch of our biggest innovation of the year with full-funnel media plans
What you will achieve in 12 months:
- Handle range of projects independently, demonstrating ability to prioritize and hit deadlines
- Own and independently manage campaign set up for paid search, lower funnel paid social, and retailer co-op campaigns from start to finish
- Serve as a liaison between cross functional teams
- Assist in the 2027 annual strategy planning for media across brand, performance, and retailer co-op
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- You have 1-2 years of proven experience in paid media, either agency-side or in-house
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects at once, and hit deadlines
- Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision to execution
- Solid understanding of key paid media KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and attribution fundamentals. Exposure to GA4 is a plus.
- Avid user and strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest); direct experience with their respective ads managers is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (spreadsheets and presentation tools)
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with external partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD.
