As part of the Innovation Team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting strategic acquisition initiatives and operational transformation projects.
This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered successfully, requirements are clearly defined, and implementations meet both business and operational needs.
The ideal candidate must be capable of understanding business drivers, translating them into actionable requirements, coordinating technical and operational implementations, and ensuring successful execution with minimal operational impact.

- Coordinate and support operational and strategic projects from planning through implementation.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Support testing, validate end-to-end scenarios and release readiness activities before production deployments.
- Track project progress, follow-ups, risks, and implementation updates.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support issue resolution and operational stability.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and next steps.
