This position will assist the Money movement and fee-billing teams in carrying out all duties including but not limited: account maintenance, and operational support functions under moderate supervision. The incumbent will also monitor existing account updates and other requests while fulfilling both regulatory and internal obligations.


This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.


What you do:

  • Process financial transactions, submit service requests, payment setups, and account maintenance activities across multiple systems.
  • Daily review, tracking, and deposit of physical checks received at the office
  • Respond to inquiries from field representatives and internal teams, providing explanation and clarification of procedures and account activity.
  • Support reporting activities, including recurring operational reports and basic analysis of workflow or processing results.
  • Research and resolve routine issues, including NIGO workflows, and account discrepancies using established procedures.
  • Collaborate with operations, service teams, and external vendors to complete requests and ensure timely processing within service level expectations.

What you bring:

  • S. Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office, Wealthscape (ICP), FBSI, Orion, Docupace, and/or Caesar strongly preferred.
  • Cashiering and/or fee-billing experience in a broker-dealer / RIA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a broker-dealer / RIA required.
