Insurance Operations Coordiantor

Marsh is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordiantor to support the timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our Operations team by ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards. You will also contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and helping the team achieve its service delivery objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation

  • Maintain a basic understanding of core insurance principles and related legislation

  • Support customer awareness and strengthen established relationships

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards

  • Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and broader business objectives
