Job Summary

    The Coordinator I, Account Management coordinates activities and provides administrative support to an Account Management team. This position verifies, audits, and ensures that department policies, procedures, and instructions are adhered to.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Works with management to plan and complete activities and logistics in alignment with department goals.
    • Ensures smooth execution of department activities.
    • Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
    • Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
    • Screens calls and respond to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
    • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
    • Lead expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes.
    • Prepares and produces reports, records, and directives and confers with managers/supervisors to acquire data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, the status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
    • Schedules and assigns daily tasks and activities.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$17.00 - $21.00 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
