Job Summary
The HRIS Coordinator supports the efficient operation and maintenance of RXO's Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user support.
Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including data entry, updates, and system configuration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
  • Assist with data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Document HRIS processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HRIS integration and utilization.
  • Participate in training and development activities to stay current with HRIS trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
