POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fashion Office E-commerce Coordinator is a key support role within the Calvin Klein Fashion Office, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day organization of product once it is received by the styling team. This role supports the overall styling workflow across high-volume e-commerce shoots, helping ensure seamless prep, execution, and coordination on set.

In addition to managing the flow of accessories and styling wardrobe items, the Coordinator provides on-set assistance and has the opportunity to learn styling under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager and on set stylists.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Support Fashion Office team on set during PDP, wholesale, and marketplace shoots
  • Coordinate product movement to and from set in alignment with the daily shoot schedule.
  • Assist with logging or documenting styling notes, outfit breakdowns, or photo selects as needed.
  • Maintain and organize styling wardrobe components including shoes, undergarments, socks, accessories, and seasonal essentials.
  • Track and restock the underwear closet and other essential styling inventory across studios.
  • Ensure stylists have access to a complete, organized selection of accessories each day to support consistent and efficient styling on set.
  • Partner with team to identify missing wardrobe elements or styling needs based on seasonal direction and category assortment.
  • Support the E-commerce Manager with prepping looks for fittings and studio shoots based on calendar needs.
  • Communicate any inventory or styling wardrobe needs to the E-commerce Manager proactively.
  • Help ensure styling materials and resources are updated in accordance with current seasonal direction.
  • Participate in on-set learning opportunities to understand Calvin Klein’s styling approach and visual standards.
  • Assist with select styling responsibilities under the supervision of the Manager or senior team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining styling consistency and detail across all product categories.

  • Internal: Creative, Production, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Casting
  • External: Stylists, Photographers, Hair, Makeup, Models

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must stay within budget parameters and communicate costs with the Production teams when sourcing styling needs

DECISION MAKING:

Must make decisions and speak on behalf of the brand on certain assignments, under the guidance of the Fashion Office Manager, to ensure brand identity is maintained throughout appropriate channels.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

Must understand all components of e-Commerce processes and make recommendations regarding vision/theme of project that are brand-appropriate; may have input into casting, styling, and creative direction for shoots. Stay up to date on current trends and industry happenings.

ENVIRONMENT:

Fast paced environment, position shares time between CMO Corporate Office and PVH Photo Studio located in Brooklyn, NY. Must be flexible with work hours and weekends, based on project needs. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:    Minimum 1 year’ experience in styling/product editing within the fashion industry, strong up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends. On set photoshoot experience preferred.

        

Education:       Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a creative field

Skills:                

  • Proficient in Mac and PC capabilities
  • Familiarity with Adobe suite preferred
  • Must love fashion and be up to date with trends and the industry
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have proven ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Must work well under heavy deadlines
  • Must be a team player and work well with other
  • Must be a good communicator – both verbal and written
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be highly organized with a high level of attention to detail

                            

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
