YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
- Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance
- Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
- Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
- Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

Skills Required

- Availability and willingness to work night shifts (22:00-06:00)
